LADERA CAREER PATHS TRAINING CENTER (LCPTC) provides students with a variety of information and services in order to help students successfully complete the certificate program and to begin a career in the exciting Health Information Management or Medical Billing fields. All students receive career counseling and job placement assistance. Job Club activities are arranged before graduation to assist with work experience placements, internships and full-time employment. Speakers are invited to address the graduation class, and students are taught how to conduct successful job searches, mock interviews, and on-site interviews with employers.

Upon graduation, Ladera students are qualified for the following entry-level positions:
