LADERA CAREER PATHS TRAINING CENTER (LCPTC) is committed to serving the community and industry employers by providing skilled and qualified individuals. LCPTC's faculty, respected widely for their industry expertise and educational training, are dedicated to providing quality graduates to the Health Information Management (HIM) industry, and other allied health professions. Anna Little has worked with Fortune 500 companies and financial institutions in the areas of Employment and Compensation, Employee Relations, Affirmative Action Program Development, and Recruitment and Staffing. In 1988, Little founded LADERA CAREER PATHS, INC. to assist Southern California businesses with their human resource needs. In 1992, she established LADERA CAREER PATHS TRAINING CENTERS as a division of Ladera to provide education and an avenue of upward mobility for low-income individuals and temporary employees who desired full-time, secure, and well-paid careers. A recognized leader within the community, Little is a graduate of the California State University, Los Angeles, and received a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Loyola Marymount University.
